Danbury Library Looking To Help Job Hunters

DANBURY — Are you sending out resumes and getting little response? Are you “LinkedIn” but wondering what the big deal is? Are you utilizing all four avenues of a job search?

Judi Perkins, the “How-To Coach” will conduct a presentation at the Danbury Library on Thursday, March 4, from 2 to 4 pm for anyone looking for a job or those wanting to make a career change. Participants will learn four foolproof ways to make sure they are maximizing their job search, along with the how and why of each. In her previous 22 years in the recruiting industry, Ms Perkins has consulted with hundreds of hiring authorities about filling positions from entry level to C-level executives, in a variety of industries, management levels, and salary ranges.

The program is free and no registration required. For more information call the library’s Information Desk at 203-797-4527. The Danbury Library is at 170 Main Street.
