Volunteers Making The Difference
To the Editor:
The Greater Danbury Nonprofit Resource Center (GDNRC) would like to thank and recognize the volunteer efforts of Newtown residents Denise David, Bruce Moore, and Don Leonard for their outstanding contributions to our local nonprofit community.
Utilizing their professional skills and talents, these men and women have assisted nonprofit agencies with database development, website development, and video production.
The GDNRC matches volunteers with professional skills to assist local nonprofit agencies on defined projects. In todayâs environment, nonprofit organizations are addressing more complex problems with limited money and resources, these volunteers are helping greater Danbury nonprofits increase their capacity to serve our community.
The Resource Center is extremely grateful to these volunteers, for their willingness to serve and for helping to strengthen our community.
