Reflections At Sandy Hook School

On Friday, February 9, the winners of the Reflections Program at Sandy Hook School were revealed during morning announcements.

In the Primary Division (K–Grade 2), Visual Arts, first place went to Connor Barrett. Vanessa Tucker and Luke Barrett received Honorable Mention.

For Primary Division, Literature, Marina DeThomas took first place.

In the Intermediate Division (Grades 3 and 4), Visual Arts, the winner was Ellie Nikitchyuk. Honorable Mention went to Kelly Coughlin and Daniel Pearson.

For Intermediate Division, Literature, Shelby Tolla’s work was chosen. Kelly Coughlin, Jessie Coughlin, Tonya Tucker, and Alexis Tucker received Honorable Mention.

The Reflections Program is sponsored by the National PTA, with support from state and local chapters. Local winners will now compete at the state level.
