Raymond R. Rutkowski

Raymond R. Rutkowski, 71, of Trumbull and Delray Beach, Florida, died April 18. He was the husband of June G. Vars Rutkowski and the father of Robyn R. Cologna of Newtown.

 Mr Rutkowski was born in Bridgeport, and was a life-long area resident. He was a self-employed tax consultant and financial planner.

 He was a graduate of Harding High School class of 1946 and the Bryant College class of 1948.

 Survivors also include two sons, Robert R. Rutkowski of Trumbull and Russell R. Rutkowski of Eastover, Vermont; a daughter, Rhonda R. Visnicky and her husband, Peter of Shelton; a son-in-law, Daniel Cologna of Newtown; six grandchildren, Tiffany N. and Alex N. Visnicky, and Brenden D., Bethany R., Briana A., and Brittany H. Cologna.

Private services and burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Avenue, Bridgeport, on Thursday, April 27, from 3 to 7 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 120 Wall St, New York, NY, 10005, or the United Home Hospice, 1931 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06430.
