The Second Company Governor’s Horse Guard will hold its annual Judged Pleasure Ride on Sunday, May 6, at the grounds of Fairfield Hills. Start times will be from 9 am to 12 noon.

Rain date will be Saturday, May 12. Donation is $40 through April 20 and $45 on the day of the event. Lunch is included and also available to non-riders at a cost of $10 per person. The event is open to all horse owners. Riders under the age of 18 must have our release form signed by parent/ guardian. All riders are asked to wear safety helmets and show proof of current Coggins and Rabies vaccinations for their mounts.

Riders will be timed on a six-mile trail ride and awarded points for each obstacle successfully completed. Ribbons will be awarded – two per team – for first through eighth places.
