Time To Garden At Bethel Library
BETHEL â Bethel Public Library is already thinking about spring, with plans for its 2010 Gardening Series. Sponsored by Bethel Garden Club, the popular series features three free programs open to the public.

On Tuesday, March 23, celebrated garden writer Sydney Eddison, whose stunning Newtown garden has attracted visitors from all over the world, will show how she has simplified her garden and gardening techniques in âGardening for a Lifetime.â
The series will conclude on Tuesday, March 30, when Master Gardener Donna Katsuranis provides expert advice for âPerennial Plant Careâ with answers to pruning, mulching, and dividing questions.
All programs are free and will take place at the library, 189 Greenwood Avenue, from 6:30 to 8 pm. Due to the popularity of the Gardening Series, registration is strongly suggested. Call 203-794-8756 extension 4 or send email to adult@bethellibrary.org.
