Newtown Continuing Education Schedule Updates

Newtown Continuing Education still has openings in various course offerings.

Classes that have openings are as follows: Creating Structure in the Garden; Financial Planning for Women; Introduction to Photoshop; Make a Memory Book; Meditation; Real Boys; Simply Swing Dancing; Starting Your Own Small Business.

The continuing education office has also announced dates for summer programs. The SMART (Summer Music and Art) program, a comprehensive summer enrichment program of music, visual arts and drama, will run two two-week sessions, from July 10 through 21 and July 24 to August 4, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

The program is open for children in kindergarten through seventh grade.

The Summer Shorts program, a variety of one-week programs for children currently in kindergarten through fourth grade, will start the week of July 10 and run from 9 am to 12 pm, Monday through Friday.
