Mind Body Skills group (online)

Participants will connect online (through Zoom or another secure video conferencing platform) and support each other by practicing wellness skills including meditation, guided imagery, breath work, movement, and drawing, facilitated by Lida Donohue-Olivieri, LPC, LADC, ATR-BC, through The Resiliency Center of Newtown, eight sessions planned, first four will be Mondays, April 6-27, additional dated TBD, participants encouraged to attend at least six of eight sessions, registration requested by April 3; lisa@resiliencycenterofnewtown.org.
