Newtown Underwater Search & Rescue invites the public to their first annual open house, everyone will have the opportunity to meet the team members and learn about their equipment and capabilities for rescue and recovery through demonstrations, there will also be a food truck, information packets on water-based safety, and a silent auction with all proceeds going in support of the team; 203-270-4390, info@nusar.org, nusar.org.
