Families with children taking part in the multi-faceted 33rd Annual Holiday Festival were invited to visit the C.H. Booth Library to write letters to Santa and make crafts.

Volunteer Nora Kliczewski helped guide each child writing their wish list and shared that if they wrote their address on the letter and mailed it in the Letters to Santa mailbox, they would get a special letter back from Santa.

There was a wide assortment of toys requested this year by the children writing in, everything from a Nitendo Switch to Barbie Dolls — all of which The Newtown Bee confirmed can be created in Santa’s workshop in time for Christmas.

Also at the library during the 33rd Annual Holiday Festival were coloring stations and even a table where children could assemble a bag to make triple chocolate mug cake.
