Ann Troy, 91, a lifelong resident of Norwalk, died December 14. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Bogdany and the loving wife of Joseph A Troy, Jr.

Her six children, Diane Merrifield, Michael Troy, and Patrick Troy, all of Newtown; Joan Geyer of Redding; M. Beth Troy of New Milford; and Joseph Troy III of Westport, survive her. She is also survived by her sister, Jane Novotnik of Norwalk.

Mrs Troy was a daily communicant and longtime parishioner of St Matthews Roman Catholic Church.

She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her children, their spouses, her 13 grandchildren, and her six great-grandchildren.

The Troy family will receive friends Wednesday, December 19, from 9 to 10 am, at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 am in St Matthews Church, 216 Scribner Avenue, Norwalk. Burial will take place at St John Cemetery.
