Kathy Martin of Curtiss & Crandon Realtors sold the property, which was listed by Coldwell Banker, New Milford.

Eugene and Theresa Eames, formerly of Staten Island, N.Y. purchased a home at 10 Ferris Road from High Rock LLC.

Michale Zeerip of William Pitt Real Estate listed and marketed the property that was sold with the cooperation of Virginia Conlon of William Raveis, Danbury.

High Rock was represented by attorney Wallace Williams of Monroe while attorney Roger Frisch represented Mr and Mrs Eames.

Academy Design recently purchased a home at 34 Taunton Hill Road from William and Barbara Burns.
