WATERBURY — This year, give the gift of good health to your special Valentine. In an effort to support good health and emphasize the importance of regular mammograms, the Be Well Center of Waterbury Hospital in the Brass Mill Center mall is offering a special incentive. Come in for a mammogram during the month of February and your spouse or partner receives a gift certificate for a free cholesterol test ($10 value). Results are sent in the mail in easy-to-read language.

The Be Well Center is located on the second level of the Brass Mill Center mall, adjacent to Sears. Mammograms are performed from 9 am to 8 pm each weekday and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. No appointment is necessary and a doctor’s prescription is no longer required to obtain a mammogram. Cholesterol testing is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.
