Wayne & Michelle Mead recently purchased 10 Oak Drive from Erin and Diane Chiaro.

Pam McLaughlin of Bob Tendler Real Estate exclusively listed the property, which was sold in cooperation with Patty McQuail of Flagpole Realty.

People’s Bank recently sold the property at 125 Alpine Drive to Culver Bolmer, formerly of Sandy Hook.
