TOWN OF NEWTOWNNoticeis hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM onWednesday, April 14th, 2021 for the following purpose:The Town Charter has beenre-opened to discuss a range of items such as Board of Education'sfit within the definition of a Town Department/Town Body; theongoing role of the Board of Finance, Fairfield Hills Authority,Building Appeals Board; the process of filling vacancies on electedtown bodies; the definition of a year with respect to townappropriations; among others.This is an opportunity for thecommunity to come and give their input on those areas or any otherchange they wish to propose.
