On behalf of the Garden Club of Newtown, I would like to thank all the local businesses for their generosity in donating silent auction items to our 60th Anniversary Luncheon.

We also extend our appreciation to The Newtown Bee for covering this milestone event and for publishing a wonderful article about the history of the Garden Club which was founded in 1955. The Anniversary Luncheon was held at Rock Ridge Country Club on April 1st.
