Antiques Program At April 10 Women’s Club Meeting

SEYMOUR — Jack DeStories and Darlene Clark will be the guest speakers for the next meeting of Laurel Christian Women’s Club, which is planned for Thursday, April 11, at The Inn at Villa Bianca. All are welcome to attend.

Social time begins at 11, and the event is scheduled to run until 1 pm. Cost is $14 for the luncheon program, and a free nursery for infants to children age 5 is available. Reservations are requested by April 6.

Mr DeStories, a co-owner of Fairfield Auctions in Newtown, will discuss the values of selected items. Guests are invited to bring in a special treasure for an appraisal.

Ms Clark, an antiques collector, will share “How To Become A Designer Original.”
