On Saturday, April 25, from 9 am to 1 pm, a shredding event will be hosted by Trinity Episcopal Church.

Readers are invited to visit the church parking lot by way of the driveway at 12 Church Hill Road (next to Newtown Hook & Ladder’s firehouse).

Papers will be securely shredded on site, with a donation of $10 per box requested.

All donations will be used to buy food items for The Little Pantry, a local food pantry based at Trinity that serves those who are experiencing food scarcity in the area. The Little Pantry was founded in 2024 when a member of Trinity church fulfilled their dream of actively providing food and household goods for those in need.

Trinity accepts donations including grocery gift cards. Confidentiality is guaranteed and the pantry is open 24/7.
