“Goosie, Goosie Gander; Wither Shall I wander?” —Mother Goose rhyme

These geese decided that the area behind Waterfall Plaza on South Main Street was just the place to wander.

On Wednesday, April 29, Newtown Bee Associate Editor Shannon Hicks captured photos of this family of Canada geese and goslings there. Tis the season when wildlife begins to show off its new additions.

Neither parking lot trash nor vehicle traffic seemed to matter as they scoped out what appears to be their selected home base. Quite the place to wander to in town!
