To The Editor:

I am very grateful to have had the privilege to see Michelle Ku's dedication and work ethic in action over the last 14 years as she has involved herself in all aspects of life in Newtown. You have read her resume plenty of times, you have voted for her time and time again to represent you on the Board of Education, Board of Selectman and currently on the Legislative Council. I encourage you to vote for her at the Democratic Caucus on 5/26 at the Middle School to be on the ballot in November to become our next State Representative.

Michelle is running to take her advocacy for us to the next level. She will be the voice in Hartford that Newtown has long needed. She will be able to hit the ground running for us as her work throughout the state has built relationships in the Legislature and in the Governor's Office that will enable her to be heard. Nobody else has those relationships, the dedication to Newtown's best interests nor the comprehensive understand of what Newtown needs, whether in the schools, needs for seniors or for families. Please join me in continuing voting for Michelle Ku for Newtown.
