Everyday Pressures Build Up
⢠ Take a deep breath.
⢠ Close your eyes, pretend youâre hear-ing what your child is about to hear.
⢠ Press your lips together and count to 20, backwards.
⢠ Put yourself in time out.
⢠ Phone a friend.
⢠ If someone can watch your child, go outside and take a walk.
⢠ Turn on some music.
⢠ Splash water on your face.
⢠ Hug a pillow.
