Ever wonder who’s in the kitchen of your cafeteria? Well… in the depths of the pots and pans at Middle Gate is Mrs Ouelette.

In a recent survey we found out that she has been working here for 31 years! Some of the food that is served here is chicken nuggets, hot dogs, and hamburgers.

But her opinion (and everybody else’s) is that the favorite among the children is pizza.

Her favorite thing to make is the sauce for spaghetti. That’s her favorite to make because that’s the only thing they don’t order!

On a scale from 1 to 10 on how healthy the food is, she rates it a 91/2 . So if you ever wondered who was beneath those pots and pans in Middle Gate, now you know.
