Donald R. Etting

Donald R. Etting, 72, husband of Pamela (Bellamy) Etting of Dock Drive, Sandy Hook, died June 3 at Danbury Hospital.

Mr Etting was born in Chicago, Ill.,  May 11, 1928, a son of the late Randolph and Florence (Stanton) Etting. He was a resident of Sandy Hook the past 20 years and was last employed as a quality control inspector.

In addition to his wife, Mr Etting is survived by four sons, Errol of Bel Air, Md.; Douglas of Terryville; Mark of Tampa, Fla.; and Jefferson of Plymouth; and eight grandchildren.

There will be no formal funeral service. Calling hours were scheduled at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, Thursday, from 5 to 7 pm.

 Cremation will take place at Mountain Grove Crematory, Bridgeport.
