Ms Adam On Vacation

By Patrick Daly, Jordan Frey, and Chris Reid

Ms Adam is the art teacher at Middle Gate School. We have chosen to interview her because she visited Australia and we wanted to learn more about the “land down under.”

In Australia she visited many places and drew many different kinds of pictures of the environment around her when she was there.

Ms Adam said that she really enjoyed her visit to the Sydney Opera House. She also went on a tour and saw platypuses, koalas, kangaroos, and other Australian animals. She visited the Darling Harbor Aquarium and saw a lot of cool Australian sea animals. Finally, she went to New Zealand and saw a volcano with pumice rock floating inside the steaming volcano.

This is what Ms Adams did on her fantastic vacation to the “land down under.” This month in school she will show casing prints as examples of Australian Aborigine artwork. We’re looking forward to it!
