The Resiliency Center of Newtown (RCN) is pleased to announce the inaugural presentation Palettes of Newtown.

The new fundraiser will feature 25 pieces of original artwork by local artists. Each piece will be done on a 23- by 30-inch custom artist palette made of MDO board and will be appropriate for hanging outside.

The palettes will be displayed for purchase at various locations around town beginning in August. The event will culminate with an exhibition in October at Newtown Municipal Center.

Updates, including locations and dates, will be announced as they become available.

RCN was founded in response to 12/14. It is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that supports long-term trauma-informed therapy to the Newtown community.

Proceeds from the sale of the palettes will support RCN’s ongoing mission.

The fundraiser is being underwritten by a generous grant from Newtown Cultural Arts Commission.
