Maplewood at Newtown is inviting the public to join its family for its summer concert series.

Guests can enjoy visiting with residents, family, and friends while sampling light bites and refreshments and enjoying live music.

The series continues Thursday, July 14, with a performance of jazz, swing, and country blues by Dean Snellback and BluesyLand.

It continues two weeks later, on July 28, with The Midnight Anthem, a singer-songwriter trio with a country flair.
