Free Program On Water Gardening

WATERTOWN — The James S. Hosking Nursery at 114 Porter Street will be holding a seminar on water gardening on Saturday, July 9, at 10 am. The seminar, to be held at the nursery, is open to the public and is free of charge.

Bill Hosking, one of the area’s leading authorities on water gardens, will be heading the discussion, which will include such topics as the planning, construction, and maintenance of a water garden. Choosing plants for a pool and selecting fish and aquatic wildlife to make a pool come alive will also be discussed.
