Return To Owners

The police department is seeking the owners of various items that are in storage in its found goods inventory at the police station at 3 Main Street.

Among the items being held for safekeeping are a computer printer, finger rings, and some bicycles.

Police are holding a Hewlett-Packard computer printer that was found on February 20 by a Fox Run Lane resident to whose home it was delivered by mistake.

Also being held is a woman’s gold ring with a small diamond, which was found on April 4 at the Big Y supermarket on Queen Street.

A woman’s white gold ring with white diamonds and pink sapphires was found on May 18 at the Big Y.

Among the various bicycles being held by police are:

*Two girl’s bikes found February 8 at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Pearl Street in Sandy Hook.

*A motorized scooter and a tricycle-style scooter found March 16 at the St Rose Church grounds on Church Hill Road.

*A Royce-Union bike found April 1 near 52 Church Hill Road.

*A girl’s mountain bike found April 4 near 17 Pole Bridge Road.

The owners may claim the found goods by contacting Sergeant Darlene Froehlich at the police station at 426-5841.
