Thomas Ogletree, formerly dean of the Yale Divinity School and presently professor of theological ethics at the divinity school, will be the guest preacher Sunday at the 10 am service. He is an ordained elder in the Methodist Church. Carol Ault, who will be moving at the end of the summer, will be guest soloist and Philip Crevier will be at the organ. Special guest will be Jun-Heung Kang, a 16-year-old Korean exchange student, who will be staying for the week with members Ken and Barbara Donohue. Jun-Heung is with the Sacred Journey 2000 delegation and from the Newtown church’s sister church in Korea. He spent the past week at the UCC Silver Lake Conference area and will be available to meet with members after the service at the coffee hour in the undercroft.
