We need Michelle Ku to represent us in Hartford. Michelle knows our town, and has been listening to us for years. Michelle has experience in working with broad coalitions and enabling positive change, and she will work for what's best for Newtown.

In fact, Michelle has already worked for us in Hartford. She chaired a task force on food allergies in schools for the state legislature that resulted in a good Samaritan law. Michelle has also served on a regional advisory board to the Governor, and advocated for gun violence prevention.

Michelle has a proven track record of 15 years local service and dedication to improving our community. Her quiet confidence helps smooth out discussions and anchors her position in any debate, from her work on the Charter Revision Commission in 2012 through her time on the Board of Selectmen in 2025 to her current work on the Legislative Council.
