Hearing Postponed

Due to time limits now in effect on Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z)

meetings, the public hearing on the Butterfield Woods residential subdivision

proposal wasn't conducted September 26.

P&Z meetings now end at 11 pm to shorten the length of the sessions, which

have grown to as long as five hours in recent weeks.

After the P&Z concluded a public hearing on the Little Brook Knolls

subdivision proposal at 11:02 pm on September 26, the meeting ended.

The Butterfield Woods public hearing was rescheduled for the night of October

3, after the deadline for this edition of The Bee.

Butterfield Woods involves 13 lots on 40 acres in the area of Butterfield Road

and Georges Hill Road. It is proposed by M&M Development, LLC.
