More Lots Approved For Cobblers Ridge
High Meadow Farm Associates has gained town approval to subdivide 26 acres to
create eight building lots at its ongoing Cobblers Ridge residential
development in Sandy Hook.
Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) members approved the eight-lot project at
a November 14 session.
The property is in the vicinity of Cobblers Mill Road.
The Cobblers Ridge project has been under development for several years. The
eight-lot section represents the fourth phase of Cobblers Ridge.
Besides the eight-lot phase, the developers have an 18-lot subdivision
proposal under consideration by the P&Z for 34 acres there. The 18-lot
proposal is the fifth phase of the project.
In granting the approval for the eight lots, P&Z members required that the
developers take certain measures to prevent drainage problems.
