Cobblers Ridge Development Plan
A development firm is seeking Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) approval to
create eight residential lots on 26 acres at the Cobblers Ridge development in
Sandy Hook.
High Meadow Farm Associates submitted its residential subdivision construction
proposal for the resubdivision of Lot 21 at Cobblers Ridge to the P&Z at an
October 17 public hearing. The development site is off Cobblers Mill Road.
Bill Carboni of Spath-Bjorklund Associates of Monroe presented details of the
development plan to the commission.
The requested development of eight lots represents the fourth phase of the
Cobblers Ridge development.
P&Z members took no action on the proposal. Action is expected at an upcoming
session.
