Selectmen Make Appointments
The Board of Selectmen made several appointments and reappointments at its
regular meeting February 24.
Democrat Eugene Kelly, of 4 Smoke Rise Ridge, was appointed to the Economic
Development Commission, while Democrat Charles Pilchard, of 6 Poorhouse Road,
and Republican Maurya Keating, of 83 Flat Swamp Road, were moved from
alternates to full-time members of the Board of Ethics. Republican Peter Van
Buskirk, of 18 Poverty Hollow Road, was appointed as an alternate on the
ethics board.
Republican Andrew Buzzi, of 122 Hanover Road, was appointed to the Public
Building and Site Commission, and Republican Anthony D'Angelo, of 18
Cedarhurst Trail, was given the nod to move from an alternate to full-time
member of the commission.
Republican George Wheeler, of Nunnewauk Meadows, was appointed to the Building
Appeals Board.
