Application 21.21 bySundaram, LLC, for two Text Amendments to §2.03.400 and§4.03.317, of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Newtown, soas to add a subsection "”(e) combination filling station andconvenience stores permitted by §4.03.317 with drive-throughfacilities" and to add a subsection "(g) except as permitted in theExit 10 Commercial Design District” as demonstrated ondocuments submitted to the Land Use Agency 8/4/21
