Michael and Kristen Mattera of Newtown announce the birth of a son, Matthew Ryan, on August 19 at Danbury Hospital.

Matthew weighed eight pounds, eight ounces, and was 21 inches in length.

The maternal grandparents are Bob and Marcia Anderson of Southington.

The paternal grandparents are John and Pauline Mattera of Norwalk.

Cliff and Sabrina Ullmann of Newtown announce the birth of twin sons, Isaac Samuel and Elliot Harris, on August 11 at Danbury Hospital.
