Mark S. Fesh, 62, of Woodbury, formerly of Newtown and Roxbury, died suddenly September 1. He was born September 6, 1952, the son of Evelyn (Lofthouse) and Stephen Fesh.

He graduated from Newtown High School, Class of 1971, where he was a member of the first undefeated football team. He also graduated from the University of New Haven, where he earned a BS degree. Mr Fesh worked for many years in the building industry.

He leaves behind his sister, Bonnie Kostka of Newtown; and a nephew. His sister Maureen (Robin) Kowalski predeceased Mr Fesh.

A graveside service will take place at St Rose Cemetery, Sandy Hook, Wednesday, September 9, at 11 am. There are no calling hours.
