After a two-year hiatus due to the coronavirus, the second Company Governor’s Horse Guard will once again welcome the general public to its open house, scheduled for Saturday, September 10, from 11 am to 3 pm, at 4 Trades Lane, in Fairfield Hills.

A family fun event, the day will include horse demonstrations, interactive history display, artifacts that date back to the 1800s, pony rides, face painting, magician, music, food, and more.

The open house is free. Parking donations are greatly appreciated on behalf of the Friends of the Horse Guard. All donations are dedicated to the care and welfare of the horses.
