NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due

to public interest, the Town of Newtown Inland Wetland Commission

will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday,

September 24, 2025, in the Municipal Center, Council Chambers, 3

Primrose Street, Newtown, CT on the following application:

IW Application #25-17 by 90Mt. Pleasant Road, LLC,

property located at 90 Mt. Pleasant

Road, to construct two athletic fields, 5,080 sf clubhouse building

and associated site improvements including parking, storm drainage,

utilities and landscaping in upland review area.

Copies of the above application

and related documents are on file and available for public

inspection in the Land Use Agency, Newtown Municipal Center, 3

Primrose Street, Newtown, Connecticut.
