Application 22.22 by 19Commerce Road, LLC, for a Special Exception located at 19Commerce Road, so as to permit the construction of a self-storagefacility and associated paved parking areas and drives, above-groundstormwater management areas, belowground infiltration facilities, aswell as other miscellaneous site improvements as demonstrated on aset of plans titled “Site Improvements, 19 Commerce Road LLC,19 Commerce Road, Newtown, Connecticut” dated June 27, 2022,revised July 11, 2022, and August 17, 2022, and supporting documentssubmitted to the Land Use Agency August 25, 2022.
