To the Editor:
To my many friends in Newtown, I am settled in my new home in Charlotte, N.C., and will stay connected to the town I loved for so many years through The Newtown Bee.
I have so many positive memories of my 64 years in Newtown, truly a special place in which to live. I send my appreciation to so many of you who have impacted and enriched my life. I am so touched by â and grateful for â my farewell reception, town proclamation, and your many notes and cards. My best to you and to this wonderful town we all love!
