Megan Casey

Casey, a senior captain on the Newtown High School girls’ volleyball team, has played volleyball for six years. The NHS volleyball team is competing in the South-West Conference playoffs this week.

Favorite part about playing: “Just having fun and being around people you want to be around.”

Toughest aspect: Losing.

When she’s not playing: Enjoys swimming.
