To the Editor:

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that I lost, again. Thank you for all the support from friends and neighbors. I tried my best to represent working people, people who felt ignored, and those who felt like they have been left behind. I did everything I could to carry your voices. I brought new ideas that I believed would make our community better. I will continue to advocate for these ideas and advocate for the community.

Thank you to the people who came out on Election Day who normally may not vote and cast a ballot for me. It means the world to see your faces and talk with you again. I will not forget you, and I am forever grateful. It is people like you, who went above and beyond your normal routines, who make this community so great, as do all civically minded people who came out to vote.

I hope to see you all around town.
