The Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys For Tots program is collecting new, unwrapped toys for children and teens this holiday season.

Newtown and Sandy Hook businesses currently participating as a public drop-off location for donations include:

• Efficient Lighting Consultants Inc, 31 Pecks Lane;
• Eggs & Company, 71 South Main Street;
• Eversource, 20 Barnabas Road;
• EverWonder Children’s Museum, 31 Pecks Lane;
• Giglio Landscape; 71 South Main Street;
• McKenney Mechanical, 15 Commerce Road;
• Murphy’s Pub, 71 South Main Street;
• The Newtown Bee, 5 Church Hill Road;

Also participating is Sippin Energy Products, 234 Main Street, of Monroe.

The toy drive will be completed on Sunday, December 15, in order to be distributed to local families in need before Christmas.
