Seasonal Songs Abound At Newtown Choral Society’s Holiday Concert

Newtown Choral Society serenaded an audience at Newtown Meeting House with myriad seasonal songs at its Holiday Concert on December 8.
The choir group of more than two dozen singers, led by director Mary Andreotta and accompanied by Susan Anthony-Klein, presented “A Child’s Christmas in Wales,” a musical cantata by Matthew Harris.
Songs from Broadway and Hollywood, as well as music by Debussy and Conrad Susa, were also performed.
