Dennis M. Mead, 48, a resident of Southbury for the past three years, died at his home on June 27. He was brought up in Ridgefield and also had lived in Sandy Hook.

Mr Mead was born in Norwalk on September 6, 1958, a son of Samuel L. and Mary Alice Broadhurst Mead.

Survivors include his three sons, Mike and Steven Mead, both of Sandy Hook, and Greg Mead of Southbury. He was predeceased by two brothers, Samuel and Jeffrey Mead.

There will be a gathering to celebrate his life Friday, July 20, at 6 pm, at 14 Far View Drive, Sandy Hook.

Arrangements are by the Bouton Funeral Home, 31 West Church Street, Georgetown.
