C.H. Booth Library will be bringing back American Job Center’s Career Coach to Edmond Town Hall’s parking lot on Wednesday, June 3. There are two time slots open for attendees to attend, 10 am and 1 pm.

This visit will focus on Interview Success. The workshop will help attendees learn subtle cues an interviewer looks for to decide best candidates, verbal and nonverbal communication skills to make a lasting impression, how to prepare for the most common interview questions and be ready to answer with confidence, how to tackle difficult questions and turn potential weaknesses into strengths, insights into post-interview etiquette, and how to leave a positive impression.

The Career Coach is a mobile career resource lab through American Job Center that is equipped with ten workstations, a plasma TV with Smart Board overlay, a private interview room, and a bathroom. The coach is handicap accessible, too. The Career Coach offers computer training to those who need it as well.

Space is limited for this program, and registration is required. Registration can be completed at chboothlibrary.org.
