To The Editor:

I am writing in strong support of Mitch Bolinsky for State Representative.

Mitch has served Newtown for fourteen years and has provided the solutions and leadership to address Newtown's problems. The Democrats have a majority in the house but Mitch has been successful in representing Newtown by forming coalitions and reaching across the aisle for Newtown residents, including working closely with Senator Blumenthal.

Embree Ku can recite the Democrat talking points but does not understand the issues affecting Newtown residents and has zero solutions to fix problems. Embree Ku is a close ally of Ned Lamont and will be another rubber stamp candidate who will vote for what is good for the Democrat party and Lamont but not what is good for Newtown.

Embree Ku’s priorities are not focused on the issues but on failed woke policies that do not benefit Newtown residents. Embree Ku is running a misleading campaign against Mitch because she is a weak candidate who cannot run on her record of flawed and inane policies. At a Mitch and Marty Foncello coffee event, the Newtown DTC chairman and another Democrat party member attended the event solely to disrupt the event and campaign for Embree Ku. Their behavior was disrespectful to everyone at the event. During the event the two Democrat members shouted Embree Ku has done a lot for Newtown. When asked what Embree Ku has done for Newtown, both Democrat members were silent with no response.

Mitch Bolinsky is a doer who actually does the work and gets results while Embree Ku only talks how it should be done and gets no results.

For Connecticut residents to have equal and competent representation in Hartford, we must elect Mitch Bolinsky and the other Republican candidates or we will continue to suffer and lose everything.
