UConn Open House April 18th

On Tuesday, April 18, at 7:00 pm, the University of Connecticut at Torrington will host an open house for all area residents interested in pursuing a degree at UConn. The brief program will feature an overview of UConn opportunities presented by faculty, counselors from both traditional and non-traditional programs, career counselors, financial aid professionals, and members of the student government who will describe leadership opportunities for UConn students.

Following the presentations, each presenter will be available to speak one-on-one with interested potential students about admissions, majors, financing a UConn education, and all other aspects of attending the University of Connecticut.

Refreshments will be available throughout the program. All members of the community are welcome to attend this event to take advantage of the availability of speaking with our UConn professionals about the many programs of study at UConn. The Torrington campus application deadline for transfer students is June 15, and, for entering freshmen, August 1.
