Lawrence G. Wishneski

Beloved By Family

Lawrence G. Wishneski, 78, of Monroe, died April 7, at home. He was born in Fairfield, son of Joseph Wishneski and Helen (Pawlikowski) Wishneski.

He is survived by his wife, Louise, and their four children, including Paul L. Wishneski and his wife, Marykay, of Sandy Hook; seven grandchildren; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

A graduate of Roger Ludlow High School, Mr Wishneski served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was retired from Texaco and Buckley Gasoline Marketers.

One of the great joys of his life was the pleasure of his grandchildren. He had a lifelong love of golf, and enjoyed reading and vacations on Cape Cod.

A Memorial Mass was celebrated April 14. Interment followed in St Thomas Cemetery, Mill Plain Road, Fairfield.
